LCN-26-02 – Rancel Family
Many of you know Alex and Gabby Rancel and their two young children (Sebastian 8 & Sophia 2), who have been faithfully serving and engaged at Northpoint for several years.
In 2015, they fled Venezuela due to political persecution and threats to their safety. After rebuilding their lives here, they are now facing a critical immigration court case that directly impacts their ability to remain in the United States and keep their family safe.
They have a formal immigration court date scheduled for August 4, 2026, in San Antonio. Securing and maintaining trusted legal representation is essential to navigating this process and protecting their future. While they have already paid the initial $3,000 retainer, they are now facing ongoing legal costs of $375 per month and approximately $1,600 per court date, including attorney fees and lost wages.
This urgent financial burden has become overwhelming.
We have the opportunity as friends and family to come alongside them in a tangible way. Any support will help cover critical legal expenses and allow Alex and Gabby to focus on protecting their children and pursuing safety for their family.
Thank you for praying for and supporting the Rancel family during this critical season.
