We alert you today to a woman you helped in late February of this year through Need Alert 22.14. She has been homeless for many years and normally lives in a tent. Our local church partner has been ministering to her for a long time. We worked together to give her a safe and clean environment while she recovered from her cancer surgery.

Good news: the surgery went as planned, and her recovery, in part because of you, has gone very well! She is due to leave the extended stay we provided her on Easter Sunday. She begins radiation treatment on Monday. I have been in discussions with our local church partner, and we would like to give her one more month in the extended stay during her radiation treatment. After next month, she should be healed enough to resume living in her tent. One month’s stay is $1,450.
