Good Morning.

We alert you today of a 68 year old woman in need of a little help. She has attended a massive church for over 10 years that we are not partnered with, but has reached out to our church partner for help. Her home church has stated that they can not help her.

She is on Social Security Retirement and also works for a local food pantry. During the summer her power bill ran way over her fixed income capacity. We are working with her to increase her monthly income, but she needs a little help immediately.

If her power bill is not paid by tomorrow she will be subject to disconnection. (Please keep in mind that we get lots and lots of these calls where “the power will be cut off tomorrow if we don’t help”. Please understand that this not one of those.) She really needs the help and we are going to be working with her, through our Area Experts, going froward to make sure she can pay her bills.
