We alert you today to a family in need after a series of unfortunate events. The hard-working father and mother work for the same paving company to provide for themselves and their two children (8,12). Last month, the father became ill and suffered from pneumonia. His company does not offer PTO or sick time off; he missed over one week. As he returned to work, the mother was laid off without notice. She is working hard to regain employment, but they are facing eviction tomorrow. We want to help them save their home and help them get through this challenging time. They need $1,000 for their rent and $250 for utilities. We also want to provide them with $500 for a month of groceries.
