We alert you today to a very hard-working young man who is working through a rough patch. For the past several years, he has worked two jobs. His day job was working as a custodian, and at night he served tables at a local restaurant. He was doing well, working 60 to 70-hour workweeks to provide for himself while also volunteering at his church on the weekends. Unfortunately, on December 30th of this year, he was let go from his day job in facilities management, and then the very next day, the restaurant he worked at closed its doors. As you can imagine, this has created significant financial pressure and uncertainty for him ans he has very little family support. He has done the right thing and made finding a job his full-time job. He has secured employment but needs some help with his $1,000 rent this month. We want to help him as he works through this trial and provide him with $1,000 in financial support for his rent.
