Need 26.73 – Paramedic Suffers Collapsed Lung

Today, we are working to help a couple, both of whom work as first responders in the medical field. A few months ago, the husband unexpectedly lost his job and has been doing odd side jobs, while the wife has been working overtime to help make ends meet. However, she was diagnosed with pneumonia, hospitalized twice, and was unable to get rid of the pneumonia for two months. Finally, she was able to see a specialist who conducted further testing and found she had a lung infection. This forced her into the hospital with a chest tube for two weeks. This couple faithfully serves their community and church and needs support to get through this tough season. We want to help them catch up on their mortgage payment and utility bills with $2,400 in financial support as she recovers and they both return to work.
