Story
We alert you today of a single mother of 3 high school age daughters that needs a clothes dryer. This mother is doing a great job providing for her girls and has a very practical need. She is paying $75 per month to her apartment complex to rent her washer and dryer. This is a large amount in relation to her small monthly budget. She works full time and is dedicated to volunteering at the children’s school, but simply has not been able to afford to buy a washer and dryer in order to avoid these high rental payments.
The washing machine has been secured, but now she needs a dryer. The apartment complex only rents the washer and dryer as a set and will not lower her payment for only using one.
We would like to buy her a new dryer and have it installed so that she can use her newly secured washer with it and avoid the $75 per month rental fee.
