Story

Happy Friday Morning!

I think I told you that the Need Alert that went out Wednesday of this week would be the last one for the week. Ok, so I don’t really “think” I told you that..I know I did. I should not make commitments like that because we never know what God has in store for us.

Our hearts broke for this young girl this morning and even though we thought we were done alerting for the week, we just have to alert you of this need.

Our local church partner has been closely working with this 18 year old single mother. Her boyfriend has left her alone with their 4 year old daughter and she has no family to help her.

The local church and community are working with her to help her get her GED (High School Equivelent) and have provided her a mobile home for her and her daughter. They are also providing them food through their food pantry.

As of this morning she is sitting in the mobile home without any furniture. No beds or even basic cookware. We want to help this local church continue to minister to this young woman.

We would like to provide her with some basic beds and bedding as well as basic cookware.

Need

Basic Furniture and Kitchenware  = $600

Total Need = $600

3.) Make donation above.

*As always 100% of your donation is tax deductible and 100% of your money, less the PayPal fees, will be applied to this specific need. You should also know that the relief will be delivered by the local church partner, not One Need.

All Need Alerts are prayed over and fully reviewed before you receive them. When you see a Need Alert from One Need we want you to have confidence that we are providing relief to a person with a real need. Furthermore, you should know that every need originates with a local church partner. Less than 5% of the Needs we work with become Need Alerts. You can feel confident that when you receive a Need Alert, like this one, that we have dug in and worked with the local church partner and the person in need. We know these people, their backgrounds, and have others that confirm these needs.
