Story
We alert you today of a 60 year old man and wife that have lost their family home. Four years ago he lost his job during company layoffs. He has tried ever since to regain employment somewhere close to the level he was once employed. Although he has worked incredibly hard to find employment that would allow them to maintain their lifestyle, he simply has not been able to do it. After struggling for the past several years they find themselves completely out of cash and they have lost their home.
The husband has a knee injury that prevents him from being able to move anything heavy. On top of that, they simply do not have the money to pay movers. They do have a great network of friends and family but moving still costs money… money they simply do not have.
Our heart breaks for them during this financially stressful time in their lives and we would like to help relieve just a little bit of the pressure.
They are making the tough choices and moving to a much smaller home. We want to see them move past this trial.
We would like to help pay for the truck and some day labor to help him with the heavier items.
