Good Morning.
We alert you today of a maintenance man that has been unemployed for several months. However, he started his new job yesterday! We are certain that he is on his way to getting back on track.
He is a faithful member of one of our local church partners and spends much of his time fixing appliances handling other minor household issues at no charge for those in need. He has a huge heart for others and a reputation of being a hard worker. His rent was due yesterday and he only had $375 to put toward it. He did not want to ask the church for help until he absolutely needed it. We understand that but it has not put us under a little bit of a time crunch. His rent needs to be paid today to avoid any late fees.
The rent is $1177 total. We would like to pay the remaining $802.
