We alert you today to a single mother of five children that needs help. The need is simple. She does not get any support from the father of the children, and she was laid off from her job in early February. She has a good work history and secured a new position within two weeks. However, she lives paycheck to paycheck, and the lapse in income has left her unable to make her car payment. She needs $500 to make her car payment and she should be able to sustain her and the children from there. We don’t want her to lose the car and further complicate matters. We are also connecting her with financial counseling at our local church partner.
