Today we alert you to a mother of three (10,8,6) who has been abandoned by her husband. The family moved from California to Tennessee last year in search of a better life. On December 31st, the husband dropped off his wife for her waitress shift like any other day. Several hours later while she was still at work, he blindsided her with a text that said he was returning to California. He took their only working vehicle, and she has not spoken to him since. She is left with an apartment lease in her name that she can’t afford on her own.

This hardworking mom took the initiative to have her car repaired, and she now has reliable transportation without a car payment. However, she is facing eviction, and we want to help her. The lease on her apartment is up in May. She needs $1,730 right away to avoid eviction. We would also like to support her with rent payments for February and March. This will give her a runway until she can get out of her current lease and find an apartment for her and her children that she can afford on her own. The total to make this happen is $4,330.
