Today, we alert you to a 26-year-old young lady who has successfully cared for herself after aging out of the foster care system. She graduated college with a Bachelor’s in Philosophy in 2021 while working part-time. After graduation, she began working full-time but decided to return to school to become a nurse. Sadly, last year, she was diagnosed with a chronic autoimmune disease, which resulted in 3 surgeries and 15+ weeks of recovery in total, causing her a lot of lost income. She is still working part-time and enrolled in school part-time, but she needs to catch up on her rent after depleting her savings. We want to support her by paying her March rent of $1625 so she can focus on healing and school.
