We alert you today to a 26-year-old mother who is fighting thyroid cancer while working through an unwanted divorce. Last May, she and her husband split, and the divorce process began. Her husband has neglected his responsibilities to her and their two children (1,4) and is providing no support of any kind. In October, she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and is being treated with chemotherapy two times per week. She has continued to work her retail job and is doing her best, but she needs our help. She needs help with her rent and child care this month, a total of $1,000. We want to help her through the trying time.
