We alert you today to a young mother of a 6-year-old whose fiancé was shot and killed last week. Losing her partner suddenly has overwhelmed her with grief. Though she works full-time, they required both incomes to make ends meet. She has a plan to reduce her expenses by moving into a smaller apartment next month, but she will be short on June rent. She will also be short on her car payment. She’ll be seeking grief counseling at her church, and we are confident she will be fine financially going forward. We want to buy her some time to grieve and regain her financial footing by helping her with a portion of her rent and car payment.
