Homeless Ministry in Need: Need 15.9 = Met

Status: 17 Deeders from, 12 different churches, and 5 different states responded and donated a total of $1,055. We were also able to connect them with a Deeder’s Food Pantry.  They are now one of the ministries on their monthly distribution list.

Story

We alert you today of a homeless ministry in need of some support.  This ministry was launched by a Deeder that has a heart for the homeless. The ministry takes volunteers into the community  twice per month and they reach out to the homeless. The ministry provides a meal and basic supplies to those in need. Their ultimate goal is to connect with the people and build a lasting relationship.

If you were to look in on one of their events you would see Christians eating with the homeless while their kids play soccer together. You would see laughter and some tears, but most of all you would see the love of Christ in action.

Need

The ministry is completely out of food and they also need more supplies. We would like to give them a financial shot in the arm.

We will leave the donation link open for 48 hours. It is our prayer that God will use you, the Deeders, to enable them to continue to  reach the homeless.

You can keep updated on the progress of this need by going to The Deed Feed on our website.

How To Help

1.) Take a second and pray for this Need Alert and every Deeder that is receiving it.

2.) CLICK HERE to make donation.

*As always 100% of your donation is tax deductable and 100% of your money, less the PayPal fees, will be applied to this specific need. You should also know that the relief will be delivered by the local church partner, not One Need.

All Need Alerts are prayed over and fully reviewed before you receive them. When you see a Need Alert from One Need we want you to have confidence that we are providing relief to a person with a real need. Furthermore, you should know that every need originates with a local church partner. Less than 5% of the Needs we work with become Need Alerts. You can feel confident that when you receive a Need Alert, like this one, that we have dug in and worked with the local church partner and the person in need. We know these people, their backgrounds, and have others that confirm these needs.
