We alert you today to a mother who lost her son to suicide in April. After returning home from her job in environmental services at a regional hospital, she discovered her deceased son in her apartment. The trauma has greatly affected her over the last four months. She decided to move out of the apartment since returning to the scene was just too overwhelming. She is receiving treatment with a therapist and has also participated in group counseling.

This suffering mom has not been able to return to work until this past week and has run through her savings. She is not able to cover $1,600 for her rent payment this month and will also need help with next month’s payment. We want to provide her with two months’ rent totaling $3,200.
