We are alerting you today to a mother and a 1-year-old baby in need after the husband abandoned the family. The husband/father recently abruptly left the home and is refusing to help or pay for child support until actually forced to by the courts. The mother works full-time, but her job has recently cut her hours, causing her to fall behind on June’s rent. She is short for $700 and now facing eviction. She has spoken with her employer about her hours, and they said her hours should return to normal by June 15th. Unfortunately, she won’t get her next full check until the day after the eviction court date. We want to help her avoid eviction during this difficult time by providing her with $700 in rent support.
