Story

We hope this Need Alert finds you having an awesome day today!

We are alerting you today of a seminary graduate in need of one last push in order to launch into full-time ministry.

She is graduating on Thursday from a one year, unpaid, Clinical Pastoral Education Internship in Durham, NC. On Friday she leaves for Lynchburg, Virginia where she has been accepted into a one year, paid, residency program at Lynchburg General Hospital. Her first day is on August 26th.

The issue is that this unpaid year long internship has left her with only $75 to her name. She has organized a place to live, but is unable to make the security deposit and first month’s rent payment that is due before she can move in. Once she begins her new residency position she will be able to sustain herself through her $31,000 annual salary.

The opportunity to help meet this need has gotten us super excited today! We are blessed to be able to help send someone out. It is an absolute pleasure. We are confident that this seed will produce for years to come.

Need

Security Deposit = $500

First Month’s Rent = $500

Total Need $1,000

How To Help

1.) Take a second and pray for this Need Alert and every Deeder that is receiving it.

2.) Make donation below.

*As always 100% of your donation is tax deductible and 100% of your money, less the PayPal fees, will be applied to this specific need. You should also know that the relief will be delivered by the local church partner, not One Need.

All Need Alerts are prayed over and fully reviewed before you receive them. When you see a Need Alert from One Need we want you to have confidence that we are providing relief to a person with a real need. Furthermore, you should know that every need originates with a local church partner. Less than 5% of the Needs we work with become Need Alerts. You can feel confident that when you receive a Need Alert, like this one, that we have dug in and worked with the local church partner and the person in need. We know these people, their backgrounds, and have others that confirm these needs.
