We alert you today to a 62-year-old who is employed full-time as a receptionist. About two and a half months ago, her oldest brother was diagnosed with a rare cancer. Sadly, on April 23rd, he passed away. During this time, she missed many days of work to be with him during his hospital stay, then when he was released to her care at her home until his death. After he passed away, she missed more days to finalize his affairs. She has returned to her normal work schedule; however, she has fallen behind on her bills. She is seeking assistance with the remaining balance of rent as well as some of her utilties. She needs a total of $1,370 to catch up, and we are confident she will return to self-sufficiency in the future.
