We alert you today to a 39-year-old widow who has been diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. She has been with her employer for 10 years as a Property Tax Specialist. Her medical team has advised her to take medical leave while she is undergoing chemotherapy and has multiple appointments throughout the week. During this time, she is receiving only 30% of her pay, which leaves her short on household expenses such as rent, food, & other essentials. She expects she won’t have enough to pay rent for October or November. We want to eliminate that stress by covering the rent for October and November, totaling $2,200. We are praying she can return to work after November and are confident that once she does, she will be back on track and able to maintain her payments.
