Need Status Update: Need Alert 14.35 = Met!
We sent out the below need alert this morning.
RESULT – 8 Deeders responded and are taking the woman groceries and talking to her about school supplies. 6 Deeders responded with a total of $1005 in cash donations that will be provided to the woman and her daughter. No benevolence fund was touched at any church. People responded with benevolence from 9 different churches. We are now working with a local church to pull her into the body.
Mom and daughter in need (Woodstock, GA) – Need 14.35Good Morning. We alert you today of a single mother and her 10 year old daughter that are in need. Last week the mother was made aware that she has lost her job by text message. Donnie’s Home Cooking on Sandy Plains road in Woodstock had closed. The mother was a waitress there and was immediately without a source of income. She is very worried about her 10 year old daughter. She starts 4th grade next week and needs a few things. Our heart breaks for this family and we pray that you will find the time to help them. Here is the need: Mother:

Please do not ignore this woman in need. Please stop for a second and pray for this mother and daughter. Also pray that God will give you a heart for them. We pray that you will help this family. We pray that you will go out of your way, sacrifice your time, sacrifice your money to show them the love of Christ. This is what it looks like to live out your faith between Sundays.
