We sent out the below need alert in July.

Result: 4 Deeders responded with $130.83 in donations.  They were able to get the rest together from other sources and they move in tomorrow!

Apartment Deposit For Expecting Mother – Need 14.33

Good Afternoon!

We hope you are having a great summer!  We alert you today of a mother in need of a little help.  She is currently living in a rented room and is expecting a baby in September.

She was laid off from work during her pregnancy, but has lined a job up with The Primrose School after she has her child.

As always, we investigate all financial needs closely.  We work directly with the person in need to examine their budget and make sure that we are not just contributing to a larger financial problem.

In her case it is really pretty simple.  She is ok financially.  The father is in the picture and working hard.  They just can not afford a move, but the sustained living after a move looks sound.  All of the financial percentages look acceptable.

She would just like a regular small apartment.  She just wants to have a kitchen and some space to care for her new son.  With her new job at Primrose she will be able to take her child to work with her and the apartment she has chosen is within a few miles from her work.

The apartments also set the rent according to the tenants income.

The need is as follows:

• $500 Deposit

As always 100% of all donations go directly to that particular need.  And 100% of all donations are tax deductible.
